Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the WMC - Storage & File Manager mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify any portion of the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App.

2. User Responsibilities & Data Protection

The App allows you to clean up temporary directories, cache, and other folders (such as WhatsApp media folders). It also provides a Private File Vault. You understand and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming which files you select to delete. We are not responsible for any accidental deletion of critical data or media.
  • Files placed in the Private File Vault are encrypted on-device. If you lose your passcode, reset your phone, or delete the App's storage, we cannot recover these files for you.

3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naveed Shamim shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

4. Third-Party Ads & Services

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. These advertisements are subject to Google's Ad Policies. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any products, services, or content displayed in these advertisements.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated terms on this website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
